Daily Accounts Management ("DAM", "we", "our", "us") provides this Privacy Policy to describe how we process your information. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. By using DAM, you expressly consent to this policy.

- Account Credentials: Name, Email address, Phone number, Password, and Social Sign-In credentials.
- Business Details: Trading name, Business address, GSTIN, PAN, and Bank credentials.
- Accounting Data: Sales records, purchase history, ledgers, inventory logs, and invoices.
- Third-Party Data: Names and contacts of your customers and vendors. You represent that you have the authority to upload third-party data into DAM.
3. Mobile Device Permissions
DAM requests the following permissions to function. We process this data strictly for app functionality:
- Contacts: Processed locally unless you explicitly choose a feature that requires synchronization or sharing.
- Location: Used only for features that require location, such as determining the applicable GST state or location-based functionality.
- Bluetooth: Required to connect to and print via Bluetooth thermal printers.
- Camera: Used for scanning codes and capturing logos.
- Storage: Access to files and media as required by your Android version to save generated PDFs.
- Microphone: Used to process voice commands for the billing assistant.
4. Third-Party Integrations & International Transfers
We use third-party service providers (such as Supabase, Razorpay, Firebase, and Gemini AI) to deliver certain features. Data may be processed on servers located outside of India. Your data is subject to the respective privacy policies of these third-party providers.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal and accounting data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Even after account deletion, certain financial records may be retained for a period as required to comply with applicable legal and regulatory tax obligations.
6. Security Disclaimer
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but the internet is not entirely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data, and you provide information at your own risk.
