1. Age & Authority Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old or possess the legal authority to operate a business and enter into binding contracts to use DAM.

2. No Warranty (AS IS)

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate.

3. Accounting, Tax & User Responsibility

  • User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for maintaining backups of important records and verifying all financial information and calculations before relying on them.
  • No Tax Advice: DAM does not provide accounting, legal, or tax advice. It is your sole responsibility to verify invoice accuracy before filing GST returns or submitting records to tax authorities.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAM, its founders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from the use of the service.

5. Data Loss & Force Majeure

  • Data Loss: We are not responsible for losses resulting from user deletion, device failure, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Force Majeure: We shall not be held liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events outside our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages, cloud provider failures, government actions).

6. Service Changes & Suspension

  • Service Changes: We reserve the right to modify, discontinue features, adjust pricing, or update APIs at any time without prior notice.
  • Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately if we detect fraud, abuse, spam, generation of illegal GST invoices, or violation of these terms.

7. Prohibited Activities

You shall not use DAM to:

  • Generate fraudulent documents or engage in illegal financial activities.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or scrape any part of the app's source code, databases, or APIs.

8. Intellectual Property

All software code, designs, and graphics are the exclusive property of DAM. "DAM" and the Daily Accounts Management logos are trademarks of DAM.

9. Policy Updates

We may update these terms and policies from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
