Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Subscriptions Are Non-Refundable
DAM subscription fees are non-refundable. When you purchase or renew a subscription, you are charged for the full billing period (monthly or yearly, as selected). We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used periods, unused features, or downgrades.
2. Cancel Anytime
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app (Settings → Subscription) or by contacting us. On cancellation:
- Auto-renewal is turned off and you will not be charged again.
- Your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- After the period ends, your account moves to the free tier; your data is retained per our Privacy Policy.
3. Auto-Renewal & Pre-Debit Notice
Recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. For auto-renewing plans processed through our payment partner Razorpay, charges are made under an RBI-compliant e-mandate and you will receive a pre-debit notification before each renewal. You can cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
4. Failed or Duplicate Payments
If you are charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical or banking error, or charged after a valid cancellation, we will refund the erroneous amount to the original payment method. Please report such issues within 7 days of the charge.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
Where a refund is due under Section 4, it will be initiated to your original payment method and is typically completed within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank's or card issuer's processing time.
