Check the statement.
Trust the export.
Find running-balance differences and possible duplicate rows. Review the source, then download clean Excel or CSV data.
1. Add a statement
One account and one file at a time · up to 10 MB
Scanned images, password-protected PDFs, combined signed-amount columns and complex PDF layouts are not supported. Different currencies or accounts must be checked separately.
2. Confirm columns & order
Dates and source row order are preserved; the tool does not infer date formats or reorder transactions within a day. Amounts must use a decimal point and no more than two decimal places.
3. Review your transactions
Transaction list
| Date / source | Description | Debit | Credit | Balance | Review |

4. Download reviewed data
Includes source references, review status and retained warnings. Possible duplicates are never removed automatically. Standard exports are not a Tally import or a completed accounting reconciliation.
What does a balance warning mean?
For each transaction, the checker compares previous balance − debit + credit with the stated balance, using exact paise. A difference can mean a reading error, a missing row or the wrong row order. It does not prove an error by your bank.
What happens to my statement?
The tool processes data in this browser tab. There is no account connection, document upload or saved statement history. Clear the statement or close the tab to remove it from the tool. Downloaded files remain on your device.
Can it read every bank PDF?
No. Text PDFs need a recognizable single-line transaction table; scanned statements require OCR, which is not included. If PDF extraction fails or the preview is incomplete, use your bank's CSV export or the downloadable template.
What is not checked?
The tool does not verify statement authenticity, missing months, tax treatment, or agreement with your books. The first transaction cannot be balance-checked without an opening balance. Matching date, description, amounts and balance only indicates a possible duplicate.
